God is LOVE, God tells us in the BIBLE, you can do all these things but without LOVE you have nothing. LOVE is the central theme in the WORD, in the BIBLE and God loved us so much that he sacrificed Hi only begotten Son for us on the CROSS. God is the personification of LOVE.
God wants us to be in a loving relationship with HIM, nothing more or less. Anything that denies that premise or fact is a lie from the pit of hell and should be, must be discounted immediately or you will be following the letter of the law which God Almighty negated when He sent His Son to die for us, each and everyone of us on the CROSS.
God is in us, not some nebulous entity that is unattainable out there in space somewhere, a judging and cruel God that picks and chooses His disciples, friends and those that He loves more than others.
God is not the God of manmade religion, God does love us, made us in His image and Likeness, placed us in charge of the earth and everything in it, if God did not love us then He would never have sent His Son to die for us, given us His Word in the Bible through the disciples and the prophets, given us the earth, the sun, the moon, the stars, the oceans, all the animals, everything we will ever need to grow and flourish here on earth. Everything we see is God made, not manmade and He did all this in six days and rested on the seventh, He was well pleased.
God is not something or a person, an entity that we can place in a box of space and time, something we can place a label on to suit our fancy, God is spirit just like Jesus and The Holy Spirit. God cannot be defined using humans as a relation, God is not a human being, God is a spirit. Relating God or the Holy Spirit, Jesus Christ to the human experience is impossible
